Trust is a process—even when we’re learning to trust ourselves.

In 2020, I published Trust Yourself with Money. The idea for the book came from an exploration of work and money in my own life. I was interested in how my thinking and behavior combined to create my experiences. Trust Yourself with Money tells the story of how I moved through moments of feeling frozen, ashamed, and confused with money.

By experimenting with inquiry, self-talk, and daily record-keeping, I transformed my outcomes and expanded my sense of personal agency—even in the face of ongoing challenges. In 2022, I published What You Know, a book of exercises and prompts building on the themes from Trust Yourself with Money. What You Know was published nearly a year after I was introduced to somatic practices. I tackle subjects like financial worry, procrastination, and freeze.

At the core of my work is a desire to expand optimism and personal agency—with life, work, and money. I continue to explore these themes as I write, coach, and teach.
